Get ready to hear about new tech that is ready to shake up the real estate industry—and which companies’ innovations will rise to the top. The National Association of REALTORS® has revealed six trailblazing companies will compete in the 2025 Tech & Innovation Pitch Battle, on Nov. 15 in Houston, during NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience.
Now in its seventh year—and for the first time part of NAR’s annual conference—the Pitch Battle will spotlight emerging PropTech startups who are redefining how real estate works, connects, and grows. Each finalist will take the stage to present their solution in a four-minute pitch, followed by a four-minute rapid-fire Q&A with a panel of expert judges.
Their challenge: to prove how their technology delivers measurable impact and meaningful change for the industry.
“The Battle highlights innovation and impactful solutions to some of real estate’s most pressing challenges,” says Dan Weisman, NAR’s director of Innovation Strategy. “We’re thrilled to bring these transformative technologies to a broader audience this year at NAR NXT.”
